Program Description
HouseGrid may send SMS/text messages to users who opt in to rate alerts and home search updates. Message frequency varies based on your preferences and market conditions.
How to Opt In
You opt in by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our rate alert form. Consent is never required to use HouseGrid services.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from us.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. HouseGrid does not charge for SMS messages.
Privacy
